In 2024, NASPO hosted the inaugural State and Supplier Attorney Roundtable, bringing together five state attorneys and five supplier attorneys for a candid, facilitated discussion focused on improving state procurement practices. This event served as a key step in building mutual understanding, fostering open communication, and laying the foundation for more effective collaboration.
A paper titled Streamlining State Procurement: Insights from the Attorney Roundtable was published as a result of the session, capturing the group’s key takeaways and forward-looking recommendations.
