NASPO Legal Education supports a professional community for the attorneys in state government who support procurement, contracting, and negotiations. Each year up to 15+ free Continuing Legal Education credits are offered at the Attorney Bootcamp and Law Institute - in-person conferences where the procurement legal specialists and the Chief Procurement Officers can discuss the major challenges and potential solutions in state contracting in a collaborative environment. The NASPO Law Institute is the cornerstone for the Legal Education curriculum, which endeavors to support our specialized legal experts in working toward successful government contracting outcomes.
