Access Procurement U
There are two primary ways to access Procurement U. The first is through NASPO membership, which is primarily open to state central procurement offices and eligible employees who typically receive access through their employer. The second is through PPA membership, which is open to procurement professionals and stakeholders across the broader procurement profession, including those working in state and local government, higher education, nonprofits, and the private sector.
