The UPPCC-NASPO Partnership
NASPO is proud to be one of the founding partners of the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council (UPPCC), the widely recognized certifying entity for public procurement employees. For more than 35 years, NASPO has encouraged state procurement professionals to seek certification and actively supports UPPCC’s mission.
Promotion of the UPPCC and its partnership with NASPO is an important component of Procurement U. Certification allows public procurement professionals to demonstrate their abilities and commitment to furthering the profession. This aligns with Procurement U’s mission to provide professional development resources to state procurement offices. Procurement U also assists individuals seeking certification or recertification by providing procurement education, exam preparation courses and additional resources.
