Course Description:
This Procurement U online course describes steps involved in the implementation process when public procurement offices are adopting new eProcurement technologies. The course focuses on managing project requirements, making configuration and deployment decisions, and preparing user groups for the changes.
Suggested Audience: Public procurement leaders and project managers who may be involved in designing and implementing new eProcurement technologies.

To highlight critical areas of focus for project leaders and team members participating in the implementation of successful eProcurement projects.
