There are two primary ways to access Procurement U. The first is through <a href="https://www.naspo.org/get-involved/membership/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">NASPO membership</a>, which is primarily open to state central procurement offices and eligible employees who typically receive access through their employer. The second is through <a href="https://www.joinppa.org/how-to-participate/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">PPA membership</a>, which is open to procurement professionals and stakeholders across the broader procurement profession, including those working in state and local government, higher education, nonprofits, and the private sector.
