Course Description:

This introductory FEMA webinar covers the basic requirements for recipients and subrecipients when purchasing under their FEMA award. Participants will gain a strong understanding of the federal procurement under grants rules at 2 C.F.R. § 200.317 – 200.327 and their application to state and non-state entities, as well as learning about the requirements for full and open competition, approved methods of procurement, and key considerations for contracting during emergency and exigency circumstances.
