The purpose of this webinar is to engage in a conversation about practical approaches to the implementation of new mandatory policies and procedures, organizational relationships with elected officials, and advocating for your organization.

1.Identify and navigate their office's external relationships with other executive agencies, political officials, and elected bodies.
2.Select and apply specific strategies and techniques for implementing mandatory procedural and policy changes in their office.
3.Utilize strategies for communicating changes to staff to mitigate resistance and achieve buy-in.
