Course Description:
This course provides public procurement professionals with a guide to effective meetings, from both the facilitator's and the participant's perspective. The course discusses key considerations related to establishing roles and responsibilities, creating agendas, encouraging equal participation, building consensus, and managing conflict.
Suggested Audience: Procurement professionals at any level who are seeking a better understanding of how to run and participate in meetings effectively.
