NASPO Announces 2022 Board of Directors

Lexington, KY – The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO®) announced election results for the 2022 NASPO Board of Directors during the 2021 NASPO Annual Conference taking place September 13 – 15, 2021, in Austin, TX.

The elected include:

  • President-Elect – Jaime Schorr, Chief Procurement Officer, Maine
  • Director-at-Large – Valerie Bollinger, Chief Procurement Officer, Idaho
  • Director-at-Large – Chris Hughes, Director, Division of Purchasing, Utah
  • Director-at-Large – George Schutter, Chief Procurement Officer, District of Columbia
  • Director-at-Large – Paula Tregre, Director of State Procurement, Louisiana

 

The 2022 Board of Directors are:

  • President – Delbert Singleton, Division Director, State Fiscal Accountability Authority Division of Procurement Services, South Carolina
  • President-Elect, Jaime Schorr, Chief Procurement Officer, Maine
  • Immediate Past President – Roz Ingram, Chief Procurement Officer, Florida
  • Director-at-Large – Steve Berg, Director of Procurement, South Dakota
  • Director-at-Large – Valerie Bollinger, Chief Procurement Officer, Idaho
  • Director-at-Large – Joan Graham, Executive Director, Office of Procurement Services, Kentucky
  • Director-at-Large – Chris Hughes, Director, Division of Purchasing, Utah
  • Director-at-Large – Gregg Olivera, Deputy Division Director, Procurement Bureau Chief, New Jersey
  • Director-at-Large – Mike Perry, Chief Procurement Officer, Tennessee
  • Director-at-Large – George Schutter, Chief Procurement Officer, District of Columbia

Board members serve two-year terms with the President, President-Elect, and Immediate Past President serving one-year terms. The new term will begin on January 1, 2022.
