LEXINGTON, KY – The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) has announced the election results for its 2026-2027 Board of Directors at its 2025 Annual Conference, taking place in Chicago, IL.

The newly elected 2026 NASPO Board Members are:

• President-Elect – Steve Berg, South Dakota
• Director-at-Large –  Windy Aphayrath, Utah
• Director-at-Large – Stacy Blank, Commonwealth of Kentucky
• Director-at-Large –  Jesse Marks, Florida
• Director-at-Large – David O’Neal, North Carolina
• NASPO ValuePoint Chair-Elect (serving in 2026) – Peter Korolyk, Delaware

NASPO’s 2026 Full Board of Directors are:

• President – Sherri Maxwell, Colorado
• President-Elect – Steve Berg, South Dakota
• Immediate Past President – Deborah Damore, Vermont
• Director-at-Large – Windy Aphayrath, Utah
