Why the name change?
After careful consideration, the NASPO Board of Directors selected the new name to better reflect the core values and purpose of the conference. The 2017 NASPO Exchange is designed to build relationships among the supplier community and state governments, the largest consumers of goods and services in the country. The meeting is a place where partnering, networking and learning come together to develop business relationships to support public procurements that are effective, efficient, transparent and fair.
What’s NEW at the 2017 NASPO Exchange?
The new brand brings a renewed focus on the core values and purpose of the conference. New elements have all been designed to enhance these features, including collaborative education sessions to enhance mutual understanding of needs in the procurement process, new approaches to roundtable discussions and education “tracks” to target session participation.
What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?
Posted hotel check-in time for the Marriott St. Louis Grand is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
Can I make changes to my conference registration?
The cancellation cut-off has passed, all cancellations made at this time will be subject to the full registration fee. At this time, all substitutions must be arranged on-site at the NASPO Registration desk.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, self-parking is available for $20 per day, valet is available for $28 per day. Please note, large SUVs and oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated.
What should I wear?
Dress is business casual for all events including presentations. Golf shirts and khakis are fine; no jeans, please. Meeting rooms can get chilly so you may want to bring a sweater or jacket. The Off-Site reception is the one exception, casual attire and jeans are permitted.
How can I register for the conference?

Are registration substitutions possible?
Yes. At this time, all substitutions must be arranged on-site at the NASPO Registration desk.
Can I receive a conference roster?
All attendees receive the preliminary conference roster electronically via the conference app.
Note: Conference attendees are not permitted to harvest, sell, generate mailing lists or mine the data contained in the roster for promotional purposes. It is the responsibility of each attendee to ensure contact made with fellow participants, using information from the roster, is made in accordance with NASPO’s Code of Conduct and with the values of the meeting.
Can I get access to conference speaker presentations?
All presentations and handouts made available to us will be posted on NASPO's conference website after the event.
NASPO staff can be contacted at 859-514-9150 until 12:00 pm on Friday, March 10. The onsite NASPO registration desk will be open at 10:00 am on Sunday, March 12.
