Director Biography:
Jessica Robertson currently serves as the Chief Procurement Officer for the State of Tennessee. In this position, she leads a team that is transforming how Tennessee conducts business. Most recently, Jessica served as a Deputy Commissioner in Indiana where she led a team that streamlined the state’s approach to the purchasing of goods and services. As a result of their work, the State of Indiana saved over $100 million in taxpayer dollars by buying smarter and working closer with vendor partners.
Jessica joined the public sector in 2005 as a Governor’s Fellow and has served in various capacities. She was recently recognized as Graduate of the Last Decade from Indiana State University and was a member of the 2009 Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series.
