Director Biography:
Debbie Damore is the Chief Procurement Officer for the State of Vermont, Office of Purchasing & Contracting. Debbie began her career in public procurement approximately ten years ago when she moved from the San Francisco Bay Area to Vermont, and has held the position of Chief Procurement Officer for the past five years. Debbie held leadership positions with both Amdahl Corporation and Adaptec prior to coming to public procurement. She is currently in her first term as a member of the NASPO Board of Directors.
