Director Biography:
Ron M. Pigott worked as an attorney for the State of Texas for over 13 years before becoming Director of the Texas Procurement and Support Services (TPASS) division of the Texas Comptroller’s office in 2008. The TPASS division is responsible for state procurement, the historically underutilized business (HUB) program, state mail operations, the state travel program, and state vehicle fleet management.
