Louis DeQuattro is the Associate Director of the Rhode Island Department of Administration and serves as both the Purchasing Agent for the State of Rhode Island and Chief Legal Counsel. He is responsible for managing and leading the State’s Purchasing Division and Corporate Legal Services, serving an integral role in enabling state departments to carry out their missions. Louis comes to the position with many years of experience in the private and public sectors as both a certified public accountant and attorney.

Louis holds a BS Degree in Business Administration from Bryant University and a JD Degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. Louis is licensed as an attorney and certified public accountant in the State of Rhode Island.
