Director Biography:
Sherry Neas has been the State Procurement Manager since January 2000. She also became the director of the Office of Management and Budget, Central Services Division in January 2009. Central Services Division manages State Procurement, Central Duplicating, Central Supply, State Surplus Property, and Vendor Registry which administers the Oracle/PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) purchasing modules and vendor database. Sherry also has experience in federal procurement. She has a B.A. from the University of South Carolina, and is retired from the Army Reserves.
