Sherry Neas has been the State Procurement Manager since January 2000. She also become the director of Central Services Division in January 2009.  Sherry has experience in federal and state procurement, Central Services Division manages State Procurement, Central Duplicating, Central Supply, State Surplus Property, and Vendor Registry which administers the Oracle/PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) purchasing modules and vendor database. Sherry has a B.A. from the University of South Carolina.
