Director Biography:
Mr. Miluski received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri - Columbia in 1980. He entered government service in 1981 and has worked for the Missouri Division of Purchasing and Materials Management ever since. Mr. Miluski was appointed Director of the Division in July of 2001. Jim is certified by the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing as a Certified Public Purchasing Officer (CPPO). Jim has served as Chairman of the Universal Public Purchasing Certification Council (UPPCC) Board of Examiners, a certification entity for the public purchasing profession and now serves as a Board Member for the UPPCC Board of Governors. He has also served as Board Member for NASPO and as President, Vice-President, Secretary and Board Member for the Missouri Association of Public Purchasing, Inc
