Director Biography:
Jeff Brownlee, Senior Deputy Director and Chief Procurement Officer for the State of Michigan, leads the procurement function within the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB). Prior to joining the State of Michigan procurement team in August, 2011, Jeff was the VP Procurement for Webster Bank, N.A. in Waterbury, CT. Jeff has also spent time in the sourcing and procurement functions for Whirlpool, Marsh and McLennan Companies, and Citizens Republic Bancorp.
