Director Biography:
Debbie O’Leary leads the Service Delivery Division within the General Services Enterprise, Department of Administrative Services. Her current responsibilities include oversight of procurement, customer service, and surplus property. She has had extensive experience in state government, working in both the legislative and executive branches. She has also served as Deputy Director of the Information Technology Department, Research Director in the Iowa Senate, and consumer fraud specialist in the Attorney General’s office.
