Isaac Kervin is a 37 year veteran of service to the State of Alabama. He accepted the appointment as the State Purchasing Director in February 2003. Isaac spent a significant part of his career in the technology community in which he held several different technology leadership positions. Isaac joined the Division of Purchasing in 1988 were he served as the Deputy Purchasing Director until 1995. Isaac then accepted a position in Alabama’s criminal justice community as the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Justice Systems Coordinator for the State of Alabama, where he served until returning to the Division of Purchasing in 2003. Isaac holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Information Technology Degrees from Troy University. Isaac is also a Licensed Ordained Baptist Minister and pastors a fulltime Church. Isaac, his wife Jeanna, and their son Zachary live in Fitzpatrick, Alabama.
