Linda Belisle is the director of the Central Services Division of the Office of Management and Budget. Central Services Division is comprised of the State Procurement Office, Central Duplicating Services, Central Supply, and State and Federal Surplus Property.
She began her career with the State of North Dakota in December, 1984 and has been in her current position since September, 1998.
She has a business administration degree from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND and has earned a certified manager (CM) designation.
