NASPO

Marvin Eicholtz is the Administrator of the General Services Division for the State of Montana. He has management responsibility for all procurement, surplus, print and mail services, facilities management including leasing, and security for the state. He has been associated with NASPO since 1992 and was on the Board of Directors for several years. He also is a member of the Western States Contracting Alliance, a cooperative purchasing organization for 16 western states.
