Betty Lamoreau holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine, with a concentration in Accounting. She has been employed by the State of Maine since 1980, and came to the Division of Purchases in 1996 after several years as contract administrator for client services contracts for Maine's Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation. Betty managed the Division of Purchases' Service Procurement Unit from 1996 to 2003, when she was promoted to Division Director. Betty lives in Manchester, Maine with her husband of 33 years, Michael, and their son, Kevin.
