Biography
Tim currently has responsibility for statewide procurement which exceeds $3.4B in addressable annual spend. State purchasing directly supports approximately 125 agencies and 35 state universities and colleges. The state is implementing best practices under the leadership of Commissioner Brad Douglas. Tim’s focus is managing the transformation effort that is touching all of Georgia government.
Prior to joining Georgia government, Tim served in various leadership positions within higher education (Notre Dame, Arizona and New Hampshire), management consulting, utilities and IT. He also served in New Hampshire state government as director (1985 – 1988).
Tim holds an MBA in public policy/finance and is a C.P.M.
