To lead NASPO's efforts to survey state members on existing statutory and regulatory coverage regarding state procurement practices and current issues/challenges facing state procurement. This research will be an invaluable resource provided to procurement officials, the business community, and academia. The publication will help the association's efforts to promote its work and the value of procurement.
The committee will work closely with the NASPO staff to review content from 2009 survey and develop the new survey questionnaire including current topics in a format that is easy to use.
