Sponsor and Exhibitor Policy

Sponsorship for this event is limited to firms that manufacture or directly distribute or sell equipment, products, or contractual services to government agencies. The sponsoring firm may not display or advertise literature, equipment, products, or services bearing the name or logo of any company, dealer, or distributor other than that of the sponsoring firm.
Sponsoring firm is permitted to promote the dealers and distributors of its manufactured products in signage, display materials, literature, etc. as long as such promotion conforms to the display rules and regulations.
NOTE: All applications must be submitted by February 28, 2011.
