More Sourcing Team

A portion of the survey is dedicated to asking for volunteers for the Sourcing Team. Best practice dictates that the team be made up of both purchasing and subject matter experts (or end users). There is a definite time commitment required by all Sourcing Team members. Regular conference calls and the use of WIKIs are valuable tools.
