- FAR regulations released March 31, 2009 containing information related to ARRA and federal contracting. According to OMB, these regulations will be similar to changes to Title 2 concerning federal assistance. These include reporting in accordance with Section 1512 and Buy America provisions as well as publicizing contract actions.
- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Federal Medical Assistance Percentages (FMAPs) for the first two quarters of Fiscal Year 2009 which have been recalculated pursuant to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). These percentages will be effective from October 1, 2008 through March 31, 2009. Click here for the federal register notice announces the calculated FMAPs that HHS will use in determining the amount of Federal matching for State medical assistance under Title XIX and Title IV–E. The table gives figures for each of the 50 States and the District of Columbia.
