NASPO >> STATE AND FEDERAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE

Committee Charge:

The State and Federal Relations Committee will monitor issues related to public procurement that lie at the intersection of state and federal interests. As an advocate on behalf of NASPO members and states' interests, the committee will also work to serve as a liaison between members and federal officials, national organizations and government entities. Committee members will work to build effective relationships between the organization and its members and the federal government. And, where appropriate, the committee will facilitate discussion with federal government entities on coinciding issues and help coordinate state and federal cooperative efforts in the area of public procurement.
