Committee Charge:
To oversee NASPO's research and publications portfolio in cooperation with NASPO's issue-related committees. Proposed activities include updating NASPO's biennial Survey of State Government Purchasing Practices and implementing the Clarion Project, an initiative designed to bring together the expertise and talents of NASPO members and their staffs in developing shell-briefings that extol the benefits of NASPO membership, conference attendance, and work products that can be presented to a variety of audiences including staffs, legislatures, agencies and executive officials.
