Committee Charge:
NASPO views the creation of coordinated multi-state cooperative purchases as a great benefit that improves the quality of state procurement as well as being a long–term funding solution for the association. Improved exchange of information, innovative procurement practices, and cooperation will help all states attain greater efficiency and economy in their procurement process.
This committee will be responsible for fostering and guiding the implementation of multi-state contracting, where appropriate, to achieve cost-effective and efficient acquisition of quality products and services, through the standardization of specifications and/or the aggregation of like business and technical requirements to achieve more advantageous pricing or other terms.

Open to regular members who have signed the NASPO Memorandum of Agreement for Cooperative Procurement; consists of two voting representatives from each of the four NASPO regions. Other regular, associate, life and honorary members may serve in a non-voting advisory capacity.
