THE CUT-OFF DATE FOR REGISTRATION is Aug. 15, 2011. Requests received after the deadline are subject to availability.

Arrival/Departure Times:
The Conference begins with registration at 4 pm on Sept. 11, followed by the President's Reception at 6:30 pm. Therefore, for many, you can plan to arrive on Sunday, Sept. 11.
The hotel's check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is Noon. All guests arriving before 3 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. There are several options available when checking out. You may use the video check-out on your television to check out and then pick up your receipt at the front desk. You may also use the kiosk in the hotel lobby. Upon check-in, please review your departure date and make any necessary changes at that time. If an attendee wishes to change the departure date after that time, a fee will be accessed. Guests making a change to the departure date at check-in are not assessed this fee.

When you complete online registration, NASPO will make hotel reservations for you via rooming list based upon the arrival and departure information entered on the registration form. Room rates per night are $149 single/double, $174 triple, $199 quad (plus 15% tax). Based on availability, quoted rates are available three days before and after the meeting. All NASPO hotel guests will receive complimentary internet access in their guestroom.
Parking Information:
The hotel has extended a 50% discount off self-parking (currently $12) to all NASPO guests. The fee will be billed to your room showing the adjustment.

Ground Transportation Information:
The Hyatt Regency Austin does not offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel is 7.5 miles from the airport.
