2011 Cronin Award Submissions

NASPO received 18 submissions for the 2011 George Cronin Awards for Procurement Excellence. One of the goals of the Cronin Awards is that members can share ideas and programs that are not only creative and innovative, but transferrable to other states or territories.
Below are all 18 of this year's submissions. There are some outstanding ideas that can be adapted to other states so feel free to contact the submitting state for more details if you see something that your state would like to implement.
