Committee Charge:
Develop a set of recommended model terms and conditions for use in IT goods and services procurements. Research the causes of IT Procurement failures, best practices for these procurements and recommendations from the private sector where possible. This work of this Task Force will assist state technology procurement officials and their staff to guide them as they develop standards, product specifications and policies for the procurement of IT goods and services.
