NASPO/WSCA Cooperatives

The central role of public procurement is to obtain quality goods and services to support effective and efficient government, thereby ensuring the prudent use of public funds. Cooperative purchasing is effective and popular because it can save significant time and money in contract production as well as lower contract prices through the power of aggregation.

NASPO, including the Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA), has been dedicated to serving the cooperative contracting needs of state and local government entities for over 15 years.

NASPO and WSCA create and manage a series of multi-state cooperative contracts for products and services at substantial discounts and savings for participants. To learn more about cooperative purchasing, click HERE.
