Sponsors who register after that date will not be recognized in conference materials due to printing deadlines.

Sponsorship benefits are non-transferable outside the sponsoring corporation.


Sponsor and Exhibitor Policy
(adopted May 28, 2009)

Sponsorship & exhibition for this event is limited to firms that manufacture or directly distribute or sell equipment, products, or contractual services to government agencies. The sponsoring/exhibiting firm may not display or advertise literature, equipment, products, or services bearing the name or logo of any company, dealer, or distributor other than that of the sponsoring/exhibiting firm.

Sponsoring/exhibiting firm is permitted to promote the dealers and distributors of its manufactured products in signage, display materials, literature, etc. as long as such promotion conforms to the display rules ands regulations.
 

Sponsor Cancellation Policy
Cancellations between 31-45 days prior to conference will receive a refund less 10% of payment. Cancellations 30 days prior or less receive no refund as conference materials will have been printed.


One-on-One Interviews

Once state attendees are confirmed, One-on-One preferences will be solicited based on sponsorship level and the order in which registrations were received.

Interviews will be confirmed by email and posted to the NASPO website one to two weeks prior to the conference. Every effort will be made to assign you to at least one of your chosen state representatives; however NASPO cannot guarantee that you will receive any or all of your preferences. Introductory orientation sessions for attendees unfamiliar with One-on-One interviews, will be offered Sunday afternoon and Monday, prior to regional One-on-Ones.
