REVISED TRAVEL FUND ALLOCATION POLICY

The NASPO Board of Directors has approved full funding for two (2) people per state to attend the Annual Conference. This funding includes complimentary registration, lodging (up to five (5) nights), transportation and meals. Additional attendees are welcomed from each state, but they must pay the $575.00 registration fee as well as travel and lodging expenses to attend the meeting. In addition, the Board has elected to waive Life and Honorary Members registration fees for 2010. However, Life and Honorary members are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses to attend the meeting.

Reimbursement Policy

NASPO funding is based on attendees participating in all scheduled conference events. Reimbursement requests should be submitted to NASPO no later than sixty (60) days after the last day of the conference. All requests for reimbursement should be itemized on the NASPO reimbursement form and must be accompanied by actual receipts. All requests should be submitted to Julie Gudlewski via mail, email or fax.
