Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be made in writing and received before February 27, 2009. A $50.00 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations and fees cannot be refunded for registration cancellations made after February 27, 2009. Substitutions may be made at any time.

O’HARE AIRPORT
Shuttle has scheduled departures from the West Tower at the :05 and :35 of every hour beginning at 6:05 am until 7:35 pm. No reservation is required between these hours. Shuttles are also available before and after these hours; please see the hotel concierge to make a reservation.

The “EL”
The CTA rail system in Chicago is wonderful. The trains stop about every 5 to 10 minutes and are much quicker than driving or taking a taxi.
Orange Line (Midway Airport)
Exit the main doors of the hotel and turn left on Wacker.
Walk one block to Michigan Ave.
Turn left on Michigan Ave. Walk two blocks south to Lake Street.
Turn right on Lake Street, walk two blocks to State.
Orange Line is an elevated train. Walk up stairs that read MIDWAY in ORANGE. Not all stairs will lead you to the proper train.
Orange Line runs in one direction, only toward MIDWAY.
Average travel time 30-40mins
Subway fares are $2.25 for adults, $1.25 for children ages 7-11 and seniors over the age of 65; there is no charge for children under the age of 7.
Be cautioned that the ticket machines return all change in the form of coins.
Blue Line (O’Hare Airport)
Exit the main doors of the hotel and turn left on Wacker.
Walk five blocks to Clark Street.
Turn left on Clark Street and walk to the Blue Line subway (underground entrance).
Blue Line train runs in 2 directions. You want to board the train that reads OHARE. The last stop will be at the airport.
Average travel time 45- 60 min
